Context

Alongside backend and product delivery for real-time IoT and analytics platforms, the engineering work included a transition from a monolithic platform to Kubernetes-based services.

My responsibility

I led the transition while owning system architecture, technical direction, and engineering execution across distributed teams. I partnered with clients, product, and DevOps teams on roadmaps, data quality, and infrastructure costs.
